One thing I've learned as a runner is that it's not about the victories, or the losses. It's about giving your best every chance you get. Yes, victories are great and losses are awful. You can learn from either of them. But I just remember this "to give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift" and that's what reminds me why I run all these miles and races in the first place. Best wishes, Forrest
